There are so many ways to keep in touch! Select from below.

Report Road Hazards

The best way to report potholes, misaligned sewer grates, missing signage, or anything roadway related, is by calling (617) 635‑4500. This takes you to the very responsive Constituent Services hotline. You can also report online or from your mobile phone. They’ll collect information about your report and you’ll get a tracking number for your request. Many hazards are fixed within 24 hours.

Direct email

Other bicycling inquiries should be submitted via email below. This is the best option to request a bike rack or bike map, ask general questions, or make your opinion known. Please be sure to include an address and contact information if relevant to your request. Everything gets read, and you’ll get a response. Email: bostonbikes@boston.gov
